Legal
Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern Molnx services (websites, hosting and related services) operated by Hakob Chobanyan (sole proprietor), trading as Grundlabs. The German version of these Terms is legally binding; this English version is provided for convenience only.
1. Scope and Provider
These Terms apply to all contracts between Hakob Chobanyan (sole proprietor), trading as Grundlabs ([address to be added]), and customers for services provided under the Molnx brand (hereinafter "Provider" and "Customer"). Deviating terms from the Customer apply only with the Provider's written consent.
2. Contract Formation
A contract is concluded when the Customer accepts an offer or registers, accepts these Terms, and the Provider activates the service. The Provider may refuse orders at its discretion.
3. Services
The Provider designs and hosts websites and related services as described on molnx.se and in the individual agreement.
4. Prices, Billing, Payment
Prices are quoted in SEK (or EUR if agreed) plus applicable taxes. One-time setup and monthly hosting/care fees are billed as per the offer.
5. Customer Obligations
The Customer provides accurate content (copy, hours, contact details, image rights) and is responsible for the legality of supplied content. The Customer shall not use the services for unlawful purposes.
6. Availability and Support
The Provider aims for high availability of hosted sites. Planned maintenance is announced where practical. Support is provided by email during business hours.
7. Liability
The Provider is liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, contract-typical damage.
8. Term and Termination
Monthly plans may be terminated at the end of a calendar month in text form unless otherwise agreed. One-time setup fees are due on acceptance and non-refundable where legally permitted.
9. Data Protection
The privacy policy on molnx.se applies.
10. Right of Withdrawal (Consumers)
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from contract conclusion where provided by law. Withdrawal must be declared in text form.
11. Changes to the Terms
The Provider may amend these Terms with reasonable notice. If the Customer objects, the existing contract continues until the next regular termination date.
12. Final Provisions
The law of the Provider’s place of business applies unless mandatory consumer protection law provides otherwise. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in force.
